Each prospective resident’s health is unique and will change over time. Caregiving needs are determined on an individual basis. Care levels will vary from person to person. More independent individuals will not require any additional care. Others needing more assistance may require a higher level of care. Medical assessments are regularly performed to tailor the level of care for each resident. The costs of cares can range from $800-$1700. Please contact us if you’d like to learn more about the range of care levels.
Fees
At move-in, there is a one-time non-refundable community fee of $2000 and a one-time security deposit of $2,500 which is refundable when a resident leaves the apartment if there is no damage. A one-time fee of $500 will be charged for a pet fee, which is not refundable. A cleaning fee upon leaving starts at $150.00.

For the monthly pension ranges for surviving spouse, single veteran, and for a married couple can be found by calling the VA.
There is no cost to apply for the Veterans Aid & Attendance Program. You can apply online or by mail.
Enroll once – comprehensive health care services will be available when and where you need them.
Remain enrolled, even if you don’t use VA for your health care. Enrollment in the VA health care system provides “creditable coverage” required by some health care programs.
You may be able to convert your life insurance to pay for assisted living. Many people do not realize that their life insurance is a financial asset that may benefit them today. A life insurance policy may be converted into funds you can use for long term care or senior housing. A death benefit may be converted into a long-term care benefit without premium payments or wait periods. Benefit amounts are larger than a life settlement and the process is quick and uncomplicated. The benefit will cover every form of long term care and senior housing. The sale of an in-force life insurance policy to an investor that will set certain minimum requirements for age and policy size may also be possible. Check with your financial advisor.
